In Time
03:05

You've forgotten how to survive in a world you've conned and captured, and the people you've abandoned will set your castles on fire, and we'll rip out the fangs from the snake.
Time and time again, there've been people who've survived in shadows, but you've probably forgotten that your venom fuels our pyre, and the light that it makes hunts you down.
We'll survive you in time. You'll be nothing in time.
In the face of cruelty, the world will keep on spinning, and the heroes we depend on won't save us. They can't vanquish tyrants alone.
But we don't need any heroes.
And the people that you've squandered won't cower to a stupid, spineless king.
We'll survive you in time. Survivors live on battlegrounds.
You'll be nothing in time.

Here at the Source

I don't care anymore.
I've tried to hide, but I'm lost. I don't want to be mad at my shadow.
I don't know what I'm searching for. I have tried my best to adapt. Does it matter?
I won't give anymore. I'm jaded now and I'm worn. Every time I give more like a martyr. I've waited too long to replenish resentment with love and affection.
I won't submit anymore.
I don't know where to go from here. I keep moving on, but I'm back, here at the source.

Mirror

Idle faith is for militants who stand and sing with obedience. Your truth was built from souls and slander, your faith in frauds who serve to pander to your futile rage.
How can you not see through yourself to the anguished face of somebody else? Your glass will shatter like a mirror whose truth is stained with something clearer than your tainted soul.

Paladin

Hope should be clear now. All the embers fighting those who abide by fire, cannot be extinguished until the rain sets them free. Scattered ashes are the story of who we will be.
Comfort is still now.
Battles are for paladins, whose cries insight the rain.
Someday there will be a forest whose shade we will fear. Hope is in the evolution of what we hold dear.

Just Before the Dawn
03:16
|

Every time the sun has set, someone's braved the night, riding through the darkness and warning us to fight.
Now the sun's been stolen, just before the dawn. We've woken up to darkness, saddled by a con.
But our revolution won't be championed by thieves. We've ignited fires, and the light has been received.
We won't go silently in darkness. We can't let them forge a throne. We must find the sun together and stand up for our home.
